In class I have been being creative by brainstorming ideas and writing them down and then researching them according to what has already been created. I have been being innovative by creating drawings of ideas that will be done. I have also been working on our wikki and communicating ideas.At home I have been being creative by designing and doing beadwork and sewing.
In our group we have used the "ask What If" Theroy we ask what if with each idea. In our group we have also been using "Play with it" We have made drawings on the board, asked our family members and children for ideas. I also say that we used intellectual popcorn idea by throwing ideas out verbally and then writing them down.
Well I dont work around me new innovations that I have observed is that the front office here at school is being remodeled. I researched the field that I was in was which was customer service. I found that there are new innovations in resources for customer service. Like by improving programs time, searching websites, customers findability and improving content quality for websites for customer service reps and customer sites. They are developing smarter proudcts that gather data, provide feedback, and monitors performance. I am excited about smarter products because it helps us as a customer service rep to complete our job more effiently. If there is a smarter product that tracks performance, It would take the time of paperwork and files away and make it more efficent and progress more trackable. I feel it would make not only the supervisors job effiecient but the CSR's job easier for them to track progress.
I feel that the book has helped me learn to innovate the most by asking what if. I also brainstorm more than I would usually do.I completely understand the activities and enjoy class.
